What happens to my website if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription with Blavora, you retain ownership of all content elements such as text and images that have been provided by the customer. However, the structure of the website, which is based on our templates, cannot be transferred directly to another provider. If you want a website that you can move freely, we offer the possibility to develop a custom-designed website. Contact us for more information.
Can I make changes to the website myself?
Yes, you can make basic changes to the texts on your website. However, we recommend that you let us handle the changes as it is included in our service and ensures the best results. Can I get a unique design even if the website is built on a template?

What do I do if I need to make changes to my website?
If you need changes to your website, simply send your requests to kontakt@blavora.dk. For the basic first package, you can send one task at a time, while with the second package you can request two design changes at a time, and the third package allows for three design updates at a time.
How do you handle updates and maintenance?
If you need to make changes to your website, you can easily manage it through your user dashboard. Once logged in, you have the option to request specific changes by filling out a form. Here you can describe the exact adjustments you want to make, whether it's design changes, content updates, or technical fixes. Once you submit your request, our team will review it and start working to implement the changes as soon as possible.
