1. agreement

1.1 Minimum time

When you sign up for our web design subscription, you enter into a binding agreement for a minimum period of three (3) months. This period starts from the date your registration has been accepted and confirmed by Blavora.

1.2 Renewal

After the initial three-month period, the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. The renewal will be at the current subscription price unless you cancel the subscription according to the terms below.

2. Content

2.1 Services

The subscription includes:

• Design and development of the website according to your specifications.
• Regular updates and maintenance of the website.
• Technical support regarding the website.
• Optimizing website functionality and security.

2.2 Extra services

Services outside the standard subscription, such as extensive redesigns or add-ons, will be billed separately. Prices for additional services will be communicated in advance.

3. Termination

3.1 Deadline

You must cancel the subscription at least one (1) month before the end of the current subscription period to avoid further charges.

3.2 How to cancel

Termination must be made in writing via e-mail to kontakt@blavora.dk.

4. Hosting conditions

4.1 Subscription and payment

• The hosting plan is an ongoing service that is paid monthly in advance.
• All prices are stated in Danish kroner and exclude VAT.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the hosting service.
• Price adjustments can be made with 30 days notice.

4.2 What the hosting plan includes

• Web hosting on secure servers with high uptime
• Daily backup (stored for up to 14 days)
• SSL certificate and basic security
• Continuous technical updates and monitoring
• Support via email and chat during our opening hours

4.3 Disclaimer

We strive for high stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Blavora is not responsible for data loss or indirect losses caused by downtime or technical failures.

4.4 Customer responsibility

• Customer may not use the hosting service for illegal content or harmful activity.
• The customer must secure their login details and avoid misuse.

4.5 Termination of hosting

The hosting subscription can be terminated with 30 days' notice. All data will be permanently deleted 30 days after subscription termination, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
